Jolly Cottage

Reservations can be made by telephone, in writing or by email. Please note that any provisional bookings need to be confirmed within ten days. All reservations are subject to the following Terms and Conditions –

1. On booking, a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is payable. The balance is due 4weeks prior to commencement of the letting period booked. If booking less than four weeks in advance, the total is payable on booking. A reminder will not be sent.

2. Provisional bookings will be held for a period of 7 days. However, unless confirmation and deposit is received within this period, the booking will be cancelled.

3. Non-payment of the balance of the rental payable in advance, as detailed above, on or before the due date, shall also be considered as a cancellation.

4. In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, please note that we are unable to make any refund and, therefore, strongly recommend the provision of insurance to cover any losses incurred by yourselves.

5. The cost of running the central heating and hot water is included in the price.

6. The number of people occupying the apartment must not exceed the number booked.

8. The cottage is normally ready for arrivals at approximately 4.00 p.m. . If you are going to arrive earlier, please advise so that arrangements can be made regarding keys. Check out time is 10.30 a.m.

9. Jolly Cottage is used as holiday accommodation and is therefore exempt from security of tenure under the Rent Act.

10. The Owners shall be under no liability for any act, neglect or default from any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience whether to persons or to property which the Hirer or any other persons may suffer or sustain out of any such letting.

11. The Owners responsibility and financial liability shall be limited to the return of monies received in the event of the accommodation, booked in good faith, not being available owing to storm, fire or other causes beyond their control.

12. Completion of the booking form and/or payment of a deposit implies acceptance of the requirements and conditions above.
