Reservations can be made by telephone, in writing or by email. Please note that any provisional bookings need to be confirmed within ten days. All reservations are subject to the following Terms and Conditions –

• Tariff in pounds sterling.On booking, a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is payable. The balance is due 4weeks prior to commencement of the letting period booked. If booking less than four weeks in advance, the total is payable on booking. A reminder will not be sent.

• Sorry no pets and strictly no smoking. •Payment can be made in cash, cheque, credit/debit card or traveller's cheque (in pounds sterling).

• Guests may arrive between 4pm - 8pm. It would be helpful to know what time you expect to be here. Checkout is before 10am.

• In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, please note that we are unable to make any refunds and, therefore, strongly recommend the provision of insurance to cover any losses incurred by yourselves.

• Jolly Cottage is used as holiday accommodation and is therefore exempt from security of tenure under the Rent Act.

• The Owners shall be under no liability for any act, neglect or default from any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience whether to persons or to property which the Hirer or any other persons may suffer or sustain out of any such letting.
